Hope Enterprises was established in 1971 as one of the first indigenous non-governmental organizations in Ethiopia. Hope promotes holistic transformational human development aiming at improving the quality of life of the underprivileged. It is operating in six regions of Ethiopia including Addis Ababa, Oromia (Herrera and Roggie), Amhara (Dessie), Gambella, Benshangul (Assosa) and Southern Nations and Nationalities (Sintaro).
In these regions Hope is implementing basic care, education, vocational training and community development programs leading to competence and sufficiency. The provision of basic necessity ensures the wellbeing of the children and youth beneficiaries, and supports the education program of Hope schools and TVET Institutes Hope Enterprises was established in 1971 as one of the first indigenous non-governmental organizations in Ethiopia.
Position 1: Science Teacher
Required Qualification and Experience:
Education: BED/BSC Degree in chemistry or biology
Computer literate
Job specific training: PGDT Course for BA
Experience: 0 -2 Years
Work location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Amharic Teacher
Required Qualification and Experience:
Education: BED Degree in Amharic Computer literate
Experience: 0 -2 Years

Position 3: Mathematics Teacher
Required Qualification and Experience:
Education: BED Degree in Mathematics and Computer literate
Job specific training: PGDT Course for BA
Experience: 0 -2 Years
Required No: 2

Position 4: School Director
Required Qualification and Experience:
Education: Bachelor of BA/Master’s Degree in EDPM /School leadership
Work Experience: 8 years for BA/ 5years for MA in School director position.
Additional Skill: Computer literate and job specific training.
