Position 1: Customer Service Officer II
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
- Two (2) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Three (3) years of banking experience. IFB training certification is advantageous.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Qualification
- Master’s/Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking and Finance or related fields
Experience
- Six (6) years and eight(8) years of relevant experience for Master’s and Bachelor’s, respectively, of which two (2) years of experience in supervisory positions
- (IFB Training Certification is Advantageous).

Position 6: Director, Strategy & Transformation
Qualification
- Master’s/Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking and Finance, or related fields
Experience
- Ten(10) or twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience for master’s and bachelor’s, respectively, out of which four (4) years in a managerial position in Strategy, business development, CRM, and Branch Operations area.
- IFB Training Certification is Mandatory)
