Position 1: Customer Service Officer II

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: Two (2) years of banking experience. IFB training/knowledge is advantageous.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama, Chora, Atnago, Dire Dawa, Wereta

Position 2: Internal Control

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: Three (3) years of related Banking experience. IFB training certification is advantageous.

Duty Station: Head Office

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: Three (3) years of banking experience. IFB training certification is advantageous.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama, Chora, Atnago, Dire Dawa, Wereta

Position 4: Branch Operation Supervisor

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: Four (4) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama, Chora, Atnago, Dire Dawa, Wereta

Position 5: Branch Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operations experience. IFB training certification is advantageous.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama, Chora, Atnago, Dire Dawa, Menbuk

Position 6: Customer Service Manager

Qualification:-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience:- Five (5) years of related Banking experience. IFB training Certification is advantageous.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama,

Note: 

  • Training in IFB is Advantageous.
