Position: Professional Tutor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a natural or social science field, with a CGPA of 3.0 or above.
- Proficient in both English and Amharic, with strong verbal and written communication skills to explain concepts clearly and adapt to various learning styles.
- Prior experience working with students or children—through tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or volunteer work—is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement to design tailored learning strategies.
- Use multiple methods to break down complex concepts, making learning accessible and engaging for each student.
- Track student development, regularly review progress, and offer constructive feedback to build skills and confidence.
Contract Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
