Grand Microfinance Institution Share Company (Grand MFI) was established in accordance with Proclamation No. 626/2009 of Nation Bank of Ethiopia by 366 visionary individual shareholders and one Share Company.

Grand MFI was established with the purpose of providing financial and non-financial services to active poor and the ‘missing middle income’ urban and rural residents.

Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer

Required Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics and  any business field

Work Experience and skills: Graduation Date From 2022 to 2025 only, Exit Exam is Mandatory. No Experience is required

Language skill: Afan Oromo language skill is mandatory  for Applicants of  Sebeta  and Modjo Branch

Graduation Date From 2022 to 2025 only, Exit Exam is Mandatory.

No. of Required:  Three (3)  for Sebeta, modjo  and kera (Addis Ababa) Branches.

Position 2: Branch Manager

Required Qualification: BA/BSc in any business field, and pass in different MFI trainings like credit and default management, risk management, savings mobilizations and so on

Work Experience and skills: 4 years Total Work Experience; which of 2 Years in similar position or 4 years as Senior Customer Service Officer/ Experience preferable in Micro Finance Institution.

Language skill: Afan Oromo language skill is mandatory

Work Place: Modjo branch
