Position 1: Office Engineer
Qualification:
- Bsc Degree in civil Engineering/Construction Technology Management
- 3 and above Years of work Experience

Position 2: Regional Sales Supervisor
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a real estate marketing or sales department.

Position 3: Senior Internal Auditor
Qualification:
- MBA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance ,Auditing
- Minimum 5 years of Experience.

Position 4: Senior HR Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications like SHRM/PHR is a plus).
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law (or applicable local laws).
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Amharic.

Position 5: Project Cost Optimization Director
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and MBA.
- Minimum of 15 years relevant work in construction or manufacturing costing management, project management, and/or engineering.
- Strong ability to be able to align cooperation across functions and teams.
- Analytical mind, problem-solver who is willing to work through ideas and implement actionable solutions.
- Able to prepare manuals and other documents
- Strong communication skills including the ability to engage and coordinate excitedly.
