Position 1: Finance and Administrative Officer

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance,

  • Minimum [0-1] years of experience in finance and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in CNET software, payroll systems, and POS management or Any other softwares.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

The Finance and Administrative Officer is responsible for managing financial transactions, employee attendance, payroll preparation, and overall administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, smooth HR operations, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Position 2: HR – Admin and Recruitment Officer

Qualification and skills;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administrative or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR and administrative role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, Excel, power point).

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

  • As per the set budget, closely follow up and monitor the recruitment process by using different techniques to outreach potential employees.
  • Screening, Selecting, training and onboarding employees based on the approved man power budget.
  • Collect and Arrange documents of newly joined employees as per the set requirements.
  • Review and analyze absenteeism and turn over reports as per the set time period
  • Conduct Exit interviews and prepare reason analysis reports.
  • Handle grievances from employees and provide solutions.
  • Daily monitoring of housekeeping, Health and safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of employees and are aligned with company’s procedures.
  • Coordinate in preparing different kinds of letters under HR department.
  • Preparing weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly reports of Recruitment, turn over and other related reports.
  • Closely monitoring staff meal consumptions and maintaining cost as per the budget.
  • Assist in the overall HR operations to direct company’s goals towards achievement.
  • Communicate with Third party agencies to execute the day to day requirements of the company.
  • Handling others responsibilities given by HR Manager.
