We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Finance Officer. The successful candidate will manage the front desk, handle client inquiries, and oversee financial operations to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Position: Receptionist and Finance Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or finance role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle client inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and monitor budgets and financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist with payroll processing and financial audits.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
