Position 1: Accountant II

Qualification:
- BA in Accounting & Finance or related fields
Experience:
- 2 years as Accountant I or Junior Accountant
Competencies & Skills:
- Ability to plan, organize, control & execute financial activities
- Strong knowledge of financial laws & regulations
- Ability to analyze financial statements
- Good knowledge of insurance business & survey techniques
- Ability to conduct pre- and post-risk survey assessments
- Analytical & investigative skills
- Good interpersonal & communication skills

Position 2: Legal Officer II
Number Required: 1
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Qualification:
- LLB/LLM in Business Law, Corporate Law, or related fields
Experience:
- 2 years as Legal Officer I or Junior

- Ability to plan, organize, control & execute legal/financial activities
- Knowledge of financial & legal regulations
- Ability to analyze legal/financial statements
- Knowledge of insurance business & survey techniques

Qualification:
- BSc in Civil, Mechanical, Computer, Electrical, Auto Engineering, or related fields
Experience:
- 4 years in insurance company engineering roles

- Ability to plan, organize, control & execute technical/financial activities
- Strong knowledge of financial laws & regulations
- Ability to analyze financial/technical statements
- Good knowledge of insurance business & survey techniques
- Ability to conduct pre- and post-risk survey assessments
- Analytical & investigative skills
- Good interpersonal & communication skills

Position 4: Disbursement & Budget Division Manager
Number Required: 1
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Qualification:
- BA/MA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Investment & Securities Management, or related fields
Experience:
- 8 years for BA holders (including 4 years at senior/principal level)
- 6 years for MA holders (including 3 years at senior/principal level)
Competencies & Skills:
- Strong planning, organizing & financial execution ability
- Thorough knowledge of financial laws & regulations
- Ability to analyze financial statements
- Knowledge of insurance business & survey techniques
- Ability to perform pre- and post-risk survey assessments
- Analytical investigation & problem-solving skills
