Vacancy: International Staff For Student Council and Student Recruitment

Ethio International Study Center (EISC) is a distinguished educational institution focused on delivering high-quality international education and support for students seeking academic opportunities worldwide. At EISC, we are dedicated to creating a dynamic learning environment and committed to helping students achieve their goals through expert guidance and comprehensive support.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced international staff member to join our team to lead and support our Student Council and Student Recruitment efforts. This role involves mentoring and guiding students, promoting a positive campus culture, and recruiting prospective students to join our programs.
Position: International Staff For Student Council and Student Recruitment
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Previous experience in student recruitment, education administration, or student affairs, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Council Coordination
- Oversee and support the Student Council, fostering a dynamic and inclusive student body.
- Mentor student council members in organizing events, promoting engagement, and developing leadership skills.
- Act as a liaison between the Student Council and the administration to address student concerns.
Student Recruitment:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract international and local students.
- Represent EISC at educational fairs, virtual events, and international student recruitment activities.
- Build relationships with high schools, colleges, and educational partners to expand student recruitment efforts
Student Engagement and Support:
- Welcome and assist new students with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide ongoing support throughout their academic journey.
- Address student inquiries and provide information on available programs and resources.
