Position: Direct Sales Representative
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales representative or assistant.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with wholesale and support sales processes is a plus.
The Direct Sales Representative will focus on engaging with customers, driving sales, and ensuring smooth operations at wholesale and support sales outlets. The role requires strong customer relationship skills and a keen ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers at wholesale and support outlets to promote and sell products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed individual and outlet targets.
- Monitor stock levels at outlets and coordinate with the team for timely replenishments.
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers.
- Collect market insights to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and other relevant data.
