Position 1: Receptionist

Education:

  • BA Degree in Hotel Management, Secretarial since and other related fields  

Experience:

  • Two Years Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

Position 2: Market Research and Strategy Analyst

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or strategic planning.

• Proven experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research.

• Experience with data analysis tools and market research software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Google Analytics).

Position 3: Section Finance Head

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles within the construction and batching plant industries.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competence:

  • Computer Proficiency: Strong ability to use computer applications and financial software.
  • ERP and IFRS Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems and IFRS standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Stress Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
