Position 1: Junior Accountant

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 0–1 year of accounting experience (internship or practical exposure an advantage).

• Knowledge of Peachtree accounting software is required.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in English; Amharic is an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a team.

The Junior Accountant will support the Finance Department in recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounts, and assisting in financial reporting using Peachtree accounting software. The role is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to learn and grow within the organization.

Position 2: Receptionist & Cashier

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Secretarial Science, or related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist, cashier, or administrative support role.

• Basic knowledge of cash handling and record-keeping.

• Strong communication skills in English and Amharic (both verbal and written).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Presentable, customer-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

• Integrity, reliability, and attention to detail when handling cash and confidential information

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment.

• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and manage correspondence.

• Schedule and confirm client appointments, follow up as needed.

• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts.

• Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions and prepare simple reports.

• Support preparation of letters, invoices, and other routine documents.

• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth customer service delivery.

• Ensure front desk area is always tidy and presentable.
