Digaf Micro Credit Provider invites qualified applicants for the following job position. Digaf Microcredit Providers, a tech-based microfinance institute, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills (MoLS).
The partnership will allow the two signatories to facilitate access to affordable digital loan products for low- and medium-income individuals. institute aims to provide financial relief to middle to lower-income individuals through the application of technology in the financial sector.

Position: Senior Branch Loan Office
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in lending or credit analysis (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in consumer or commercial lending, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in Microfinance.
- Proven experience in meeting or exceeding loan targets.
Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of loan products and underwriting procedures.
- Strong financial and credit analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in loan processing software and MS Office Suite.
