An exciting vacant position has arisen at East Africa Bottling Share Company for the role of Line Process Engineer. Position 1: Line Process Engineer
Skills, Experience & Education:
- First Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
The position is structured to report to the respective Production Team Leader and responsible for doing set-up, start-up, and shut-downs, managing out short stops and Coordinating and following up with the asset care team, Line technicians, and Operators for Line maintenance, and ensuring that all machine components are inspected to ensure that standards of workmanship are maintained.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Country Lead : Commercial Finance
Skills, Experience & Education:
- First Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field of business studies
- A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in a corporate finance environment with at least 3 years experience in a leadership role, managing financial processes and teams.
- Expertise in commercial finance processes and new product development financial processes.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel for accurate financial modeling and analysis.
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions under tight deadlines and pressure.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Country Lead : Supply Chain Finance
Skills, Experience & Education:
- First Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field of business studies
- A minimum of 14 years relevant work experience in a corporate finance environment with at least 6 years focussed on financial management activities.
- Experience of finance management in a Supply Chain or FMCG
- Proven track record in delivering to expectations and exceptional work results.
- Demonstrated Technical and General Proficiency in necessary financial and leadership skills
- Agility and Resilience to formulate and adapt plans on short notice, demonstrating resilience amidst continuous change and disruptions.
- Commitment and Dedication in delivering business outcomes and going the extra mile to deliver quality result.
