An exciting vacant position has arisen at East Africa Bottling Share Company – Ethiopia. East Africa Bottling Share Company ( EABSC) works with the world’s most cherished trademark; invests in the most sophisticated production system in the world and employ people who are prepared to work with passion and focus.
The position is structured to report to the Depot Manager – Dire Dawa Plant and responsible to supervise the Fleet team and vehicle maintenance management.
Position 1: Compliance Officer
Education
- First degree in Accounting/Accounting and Finance or related field of study with a minimum of 5 years experience in Auditing preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- ACCA/CIA certification is highly advantageous.
- Exposure in Compliance, Internal Control and Internal Audit.
This role plays a key part in safeguarding the company’s reputation and driving sustainable, compliant business operations.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Regional Sales Manager
Skills, Experience & Education:
- First Degree in Marketing Management/ Management/ Economics/Business Administration or related field of studies
- A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in Sales and Marketing of which 3 years on managerial position.
- Must have valid minimum Auto / Dry 1 driving license.
- Hands-on experience as a Sales in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment is advantageous.
- Proven ability to effectively manage teams.

Position 3: Customer Support Specialist
Skills, Experience & Education:
- First Degree in business-related fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support, sales coordination, or distributor management role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Prior experience in a similar fast-paced commercial environment is an advantage.
- Exposure to sales operations, order-to-cash processes, or customer engagement systems is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage assertively and respectfully across internal teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to analyze data and identify patterns in distributor performance, customer issues, and operational gaps.
- Solid understanding of sales and distribution processes, with a keen awareness of customer service standards and market dynamics.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a strong drive to meet service expectations and build long-term relationships with distributors and customers.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution and process improvement.

Position 4: Route to Market Specialist
Skills, Experience & Education:
- First Degree in business-related fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales role in the FMCG industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of Route to Market process, customer engagement, and market dynamics.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and routing/logistic software, with a proven ability to analyze data, manage complex routing systems, and optimize logistical operations for improved efficiency.
Key Skills
- Expertise in RTM model application and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy in managing customer masterdata.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration.
