We are looking for highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Supervisors. The ideal candidates must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, demonstrate leadership qualities, and have the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Position: Supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements:

High communication and negotiation skills are mandatory.
Proficiency in English is a must.
Proficiency in additional languages: Oromifa is a plus, and Arabic is highly preferable.
Certificates in Digital Marketing or Sales are preferable
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Previous supervisory or relevant experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations in assigned areas.
Ensure the team achieves set goals and targets.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Analyze performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
