- Record sales, purchases, payments, and expenses
- Prepare and follow up on client invoices
- Reconcile bank and cash transactions
- Manage petty cash, ledgers, and expense reports
- Support tax documentation and audit processes
- Organize digital/physical files and procurement docs
- Assist with HR tasks, internal communication, and reporting
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and handle multiple responsibilities
