Position 1: Cashier/Reception
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cashiering or front desk/reception roles
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
- Ability to handle financial transactions with integrity
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Knowledge of bookkeeping or basic accounting

- Ability to manage multiple phone lines and office equipment

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain records of daily transactions and prepare basic reports
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct clients appropriately
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling and visitor registration
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception and cashier area
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Uphold company policies and deliver excellent customer service

Position 2: Marketing Manager
Requirements:
- 2 years of marketing or sales support experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with digital tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to drive growth
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Lead and mentor the marketing and sales team to achieve objectives
- Build partnerships and enhance brand visibility
- Expand and maintain a strong digital presence across platforms
