Big Star Academy – DMC Branch, in partnership with Derba Midroc Cement (DMC) Factory, is seeking qualified, motivated, and passionate educators to join our Kindergarten team.

Position 1: Kindergarten Main Teachers & Assistant Teachers
Kindergarten Assistant Teacher
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience: No prior experience required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Skills: Teamwork, communication, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
Kindergarten Main Teacher
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Kindergarten or Early Childhood Education.
- Skills: Excellent English communication, classroom management, creativity, patience, and passion for working with young learners.
Location: Derba Midroc Cement Factory Premises
Position 2: Primary School Subject Teachers
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in primary school.
- Skills: Excellent English communication, subject mastery, classroom management, and innovative teaching methods.

- Education: BA/MA in Educational Leadership, School Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a school leadership/coordination role.
- Proven knowledge of curriculum development and classroom management practices.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.

Qualifications & Experience

- Strong understanding of inclusive and play-based learning approaches.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Previous experience working with children with diverse needs is an advantage.
