Bamacon Real Estate PLC invites qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Established as a grade VII construction firm in 2001 using the name of the owner and general manager as Girma Gelaw Building Contractor, BamaCon Engineering registered with the ministry of infrastructure, has grown to be a very competitive Grade I Building Contractor with favorable prospects for a role of excellence in the construction industry.
In these thirteen years of its growth, the firm has always believed that capacity depends more on organizational and human resource development than on equipment and finance.
Position 1: Data Encoder
Educational Qualification:
Diploma or BA In Information Technology, Accounting and any related field
- 3 years and above for Diploma & 2 years and above for Degree experience in Data Encoder.
- Good communication skill
- Good computer skill MS word, Excel…
- have experience in construction company is preferable
Other Qualifications:
- Accurately encode data into the company database, ensuring that all information is entered correctly and in a timely manner.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents, and check for any discrepancies or errors before entry.
- Organize and maintain files and databases, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Perform regular data entry tasks, including updating information, creating new records, and deleting obsolete ones.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
- Identify and report any data-related issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Adhere to the company’s data entry and security policies, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Office Engineer
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques
- Previous experience in Building construction is a plus.
