Position 1: General Technician

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma in Electrical, Woodwork, Carpentry, or a related field

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience

Job Description / Required Skills:

  • Perform general technical maintenance and repair works
  • Ensure proper functioning of electrical, carpentry, and related installations
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Position 2: Building Administrator Officer

Educational Qualification:

  • BA Degree or Diploma in Management or a related field

Work Experience:

  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience
