Our organization, Amen Manufacturing P.L.C., is seeking to urgently recruit qualified professionals with the necessary experience and skills for the vacant position listed below.
Position 1: Junior Export Coffee Laboratory Technician
Qualifications and Requirements
- BSc/Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture (with a focus on coffee/horticulture) or a related field.
- Certified in the field from nationally accredited institutions and A minimum of 1 year of practical work experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within the coffee, food processing, or beverage industry.
- Basic understanding of green coffee quality parameters and defects is a strong advantage.
- Ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Strong communication skills in Amharic; working knowledge of English is required.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Location: Addis Ababa (Kazanchis, Behind ECA)
Position 2: Storekeeper
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or above in Supplies Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of proven work experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar inventory management role.
- Experience in an import-export or fast-moving trading company is a distinct advantage.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, especially Excel). Experience with inventory management software is a plus.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and responsibility.
- Good communication skills in Afan Oromo, Amharic; working knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
