Aggar MFI is the first Commercial private Microfinance established in accordance with proclamation No 40/96 which is currently replaced by proclamation No.626/2009 to serve the “missing middle” to provide credit and saving services in urban and rural areas of the Country.

The founders envisioned addressing both social and profitability objectives. Aggar was established by 443 shareholders with paid-up capital of Birr 4,243,600.00. Currently, its shareholders grew to more than 750, its paid-up capital to more than 200 million, and its total assets to more than 410 million.

Aggar Micro Finance S.C wants to recruit qualified professionals for the following Vacant Positions:

Position 1: Accountant

Qualification: BA Degree /Diploma in Accounting or related fields.

Experience: 2/6 years of relevant experiences Bank or Financial Institutions.

Qty: 4

Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Woliso & Central Ethiopia

Position 2: Corporate Performance & Business Strategy Expert

Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Economics/Marketing Management or related fields.

Experience: 6/8 Years of relevant experience; 3 of which at supervisory Level

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 3: Director, Strategy Partnership & Business Development

Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Economics/ Business Management/ Marketing or related fields.

Experience: 7/9 Years of relevant experience; 3 of which at managerial Level in Micro-Finance or Financial Institution

Place of Work: Head Office
