Admas University invites fresh graduates and qualified applicants for the following vacant positions.

Admas University commenced its operation in October 1998 under the name “Admas Business Training Centre.” Then Training Centre then started delivering training services in certain tailor–made, six–month, short–term programmes. By undertaking deep assessments of further training needs and making preparations in terms of the required human and material resources, the centre upgraded itself to a college status as of April 1999.

Eight of these campuses are found in Ethiopia among which six are in Addis Ababa while the rest two are in Bishoftu and Mekelle towns. The other two campuses are located out of Ethiopia_ in the Capitals of Somaliland and Puntland (i.e. Hargeissa and Garowe, respectively). Apart from the regular mode, the University also has a Distance Education College with more than 50 (fifty) coordination offices throughout the country.

Position 1: Secretary

Educational Qualification: Level IV and above in: Secretarial Science and Office administration or other related fields of study
Experience: Seven (7) years and above as a secretary

Position 2: Registrar data encoder

Educational Qualification: Diploma and above in Information Technology/Science/System, Computer Science, Statics and other Related Field of Study,
Experience: Experience in Registrar data encoder is Preferable

Required Number: Two (2) for each

Position 3: Library circulation

Educational Qualification: Diploma and above in Library Science, Information Technology/Science/System, Computer Science, Statics, Managements and other Related Field of Study,
Experience: Two (2) Years’ experience as a librarian

Position 4: Head of Library

Educational Qualification: BA/BSC degree and above in: Library Science, Information Science, Management, Statistics or other related fields of study
Experience: Two (2) years and above experience as a librarian

Position 5: Academic Department Heads for: •Marketing Management •Accounting & Finance •Computer Science

Educational Qualification: MA/MBA/MSc degree in

Marketing Management

Experience

Two (2) years teaching experience in Higher Education Institutions
Experience as Head of Department is Preferable

How to Apply:

For the Position of Academic Department Head, CGPA of BA/BSc degree for Male >00 and For Female > 2.75, MA/MSc degree for Male > 3.5 and for Female > 3.25, and master’s Thesis result must be very good and above respectively
Other Positions, CGPA of BA/BSc degree >50
For Level IV/Diploma graduates Level 4 CoC is mandatory
Fundamental Computer Skill (Microsoft Office Pack: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Power point) is required
