Addisitua Ethiopia SACCO began with a simple vision: to create a member-owned financial cooperative that would serve the diverse needs of our community in Addis Ababa. What started as a small initiative with just 50 members has now grown into a thriving financial institution serving over 5,200 members.
We combine conventional banking services with Sharia-compliant products to ensure everyone in our community has access to ethical financial services that meet their needs and values.
Position 1: Marketing specialist
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Accounting, Cooperative Management or a related field
Required Work Experience and Skills: Zero years and years and above
Required Number: 5
Basic and depending on the position, evidence of computer knowledge and experience is encouraged.
Salary: Depends on the scale of the organization
The work location is at the branch office located in the region of the association.
Position 2: Financial expert
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting or related field
Required Work Experience and Skills: Two years or more of work experience
Required Number of Positions: 3
Basic and depending on the position, more than that, computer knowledge and experience are encouraged.
Salary: Depends on the organization’s scale
Working place is at the branch office located in the region of the association.
Position 3: Loan specialist
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting or related field
Required Work Experience and Skills: Two years or more of work experience
Required Number of Positions: 3
Basic and depending on the position, more than that, computer knowledge and experience are encouraged.
Salary: Depends on the organization’s scale
Working place is at the branch office located in the region of the association.
Position 4: Branch Manager
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Cooperative Management or a related field
Required Work Experience and Skills: Four years or more of experience working in a cooperative or microfinance institution
Required Number of Positions: 3
Basic and, depending on the position, computer knowledge and experience are encouraged.
Salary: Depends on the size of the organization
The work location is at the branch office located in the region of the association.
