Addis Ababa Science and Technology University has the following vacant positions and invites qualified applicants.
Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (AASTU) is one of Ethiopia’s two specialized science and technology universities. It was established under the First Growth and Transformation Plan (GTP I: 2003–2007 E.C) with a special mission to advance the country’s scientific and technological capabilities.

Notice:
- For Technical Assistant positions, the minimum CGPA for a BSc/BA degree is 3.25 for male and 3.00 for female candidates.
- For Senior Technical Assistant, applicants must have 4 years of experience as a Technical Assistant and action research experience.
- For Chief Technical Assistant I, applicants must have an MSc degree, 2 years of experience as a Senior Technical Assistant, one laboratory manual, and at least one published research paper in a reputable journal.
- Salary will be based on the government salary scale, with additional benefits provided according to the Higher Education Institution.
