Position 1: Receptionist

Qualifications:

Accounting graduates or related fields
Strong communication skills
Proficient in computer use

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the clinic
Handle receipt processing and related financial transactions
Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring a smooth workflow
Invite and guide patients to their respective doctors

Skills and Attributes:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Position 2: Sales Representative

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with clinic staff to ensure integrated service delivery and align sales efforts with the clinic’s overall objectives.
Represent Abay Clinic at promotional events, community activities, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate new business leads.
