YHAENU Carton Manufacturing is a leading carton and packaging manufacturing company dedicated to providing high-quality corrugated boxes and printed packaging solutions. To strengthen our technical capacity and ensure smooth machine operation, we are inviting qualified and motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Electro-Mechanical Technicians.

The Trainee Electro-Mechanical Technician will undergo structured practical training focusing on Boiler Machines, Production Line Machines, and Printing Machines used in carton manufacturing. The program is designed to equip trainees with the technical skills required for effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial systems.

Position: Marketing Trainee- For Carton Product/Packaging

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High motivation and willingness to learn
• Ability to work under guidance and meet performance targets

Job Roles and Accountabilities

• Assist in promoting company products and services through direct marketing and field activities
• Support customer acquisition efforts by identifying potential clients
• Participate in developing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the marketing team
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports
• Contribute to sales targets by engaging in promotional and sales activities
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and follow up on client inquiries

• Timely reporting of field activities, leads, and performance results
