Position 1: Host & Sales Executive – Automotive

Career Objective

Host & Content Creation Experience

• Experience in video hosting, live streaming, or presenting on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
• Prior experience in hosting/promotions is strongly preferred.

Note: Sales experience is an advantage, but prior sales employment background is not mandatory.

Social Media & Content Skills

Demonstrated experience with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube.

Practical skills in:

• Video hosting/presentation and camera confidence
• Content creation and basic video editing using CapCut, Canva, etc.
• Live streaming and online customer engagement

Sales & Communication Skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer relationship management and negotiation ability
• Confidence in presenting products directly to audiences online and offline

Computer Skills

Basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and email.

Automotive Knowledge

• Basic understanding of vehicle specifications and Electric Vehicles (EVs)
• Familiarity with vehicle financing and insurance processes is a plus

Languages

• Amharic: Required
• English: Required
• Additional languages are an advantage

Position 2: Cameraman & Video Editor

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Cameraman and Video Editor.
• Portfolio/Showreel is required.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro.
• Good knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and sound capturing.
• Strong understanding of camera movement, framing, lighting setups, and sound recording.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and closely with creative and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cameras, video equipment, lighting, and audio recording devices.
• Plan, shoot, and direct commercial video footage, vehicle showcases, walkthroughs, and corporate highlights.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording systems on-location and in-studio.
• Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Perform color grading, basic motion graphics, and audio mixing.
• Post-produce raw footage, including video editing, audio mixing, color grading, and adding motion graphics.
• Format and optimize videos for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.
• Create dynamic short-form videos tailored to social media platforms.
