Position 1: Human Resource Manager (HR)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, marketing, or promotion roles.
- Experience working with HR metrics, systems, and databases.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Oversee HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Foster a positive working environment and culture.
- Report HR metrics and provide decision support to management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage and grow social media platforms and digital outreach.
- Design and distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, digital content).
- Organize events, trade fairs, and promotional exhibitions.
- Collaborate with media, agencies, and vendors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
