Established in 2012, we have expanded to a group of eight certified Ophthalmologists, an Ophthalmic Medical Technologist and five Optometrists. Position: Fresh Graduate Nurse
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in developing a specialty in ophthalmic nursing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Willingness to learn and work effectively in a team environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist ophthalmologists and optometrists during patient examinations and procedures.
- Conduct preliminary patient assessments, including taking vital signs and patient histories.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and ophthalmic equipment.
- Provide patient education on pre- and post-operative care, eye medications, and proper eye care practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are strictly followed.
- Provide compassionate and professional support to patients and their families.
