Position 1: Building Administration Officer – I
Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Construction Management from recognized higher learning institutions or equivalent with two years experience as Building Administration Officer or relevant experience.
Job Purpose:
The job oversees facility maintenance, coordinates with contractors, and implements preventive maintenance programs. Key responsibilities include ensuring functionality of electrical and plumbing systems, conducting safety inspections, managing maintenance staff, and handling emergency preparedness communication. The role also involves reviewing security reports, managing utility disruptions, conducting training on facility usage, and overseeing building access and key distribution.

Position 2: Senior Ethics training officer
Qualifications & Requirements: BA/BSc or MA/MBA/MSc in Management, Economics, Accounting, Psychology, Sociology, Social works; Political Science and International Relations, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Journalism and communication; Business administration, Good governance, Business Management, Ethics and civics, and other related fields of study or equivalent with Four years work experience.
Job Purpose:
Identify the ethical level of the bank’s leaders and employees through research and prepare an ethical development training plan and conduct training and monitor its effectiveness. The job is also encompasses the accomplishment of the Bank’s mission through creation of employees and leaders who are ethical and prevent corruption and corrupt practices.

Position 3: Senior Organizational Development Officer
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Organizational Development, Management or equivalent with one year experience as Organizational Development Officer-I or relevant experience.
Job Purpose:
The role enhances bank’s effectiveness by conducting needs assessments, analyzing data to identify improvement areas, and designing innovative OD interventions.

Position 4: Principal Organizational Development Officer
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Organizational Development, Management or equivalent with one year experience as Senior Organizational Development Officer or relevant experience.
Job Purpose:
The job is dedicated to enhancing bank’s effectiveness by conducting thorough needs assessments and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing innovative bank’s development (OD) interventions.

Position 5: Branch Manager IV
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics or equivalent with one year experience as Branch Business Manager- III or relevant experience.
Job Purpose:
To ensure that the overall Banking operation activities of the branch are performed as per the Bank’s policy, procedure, guideline and other pertinent regulations.
Location: Shey-Bench , Limu Genet & Itang Branches
Position 6: Branch Manager III
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related fields a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with at least one year experience as Branch Manager -IV or relevant experience.
Job Purpose:
To ensure that the overall Banking operation activities of the branch are performed as per the Bank’s policy, procedure, guideline and other pertinent regulations.
