Job Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in economics, other business studies, development studies, statistics,
- Zero years of work experience- candidate with experience will not eligible for initial screening
- Good Communication and English Writing skill- must have skill
- Essential – experienced in using visualization software such as PowerBI, Canva, PowerPoint or Excel, dashboard design and utilization, ability to deliver concise presentations on complex topics. Geospatial and Mapping Solutions
- Participates in the documentation and dissemination of lessons learned;
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and networking skills.
- Be a team player and communicator
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility at BAN-DRCE is to establish yourself as a leading authority in the development consultancy and research industry, specifically by:
- Master the creation of compelling Expressions of Interest (EOIs), aiming for an 88.5% shortlisting rate to build a strong foundation for winning proposals.
- Advancing Thought Leadership: Become an expert in conducting rigorous literature reviews, ensuring BAN-DRCE applies state-of-the-art concepts, theories, and approaches to solve fundamental problems for clients and the sector.
- Ensure BAN-DRCE is recognized for its exceptional planning, organization, and management of both in-house and client-facing events. This includes actively assisting and facilitating workshops, trainings, and meetings for activities such as validation, field visits, and quality assurance.
- Driving Visual Communication Excellence: Design templates, produce cutting-edge PowerPoint presentations, and manage formatting for various tasks, thereby significantly contributing to our leadership in the infinite development consultancy sector competition
- Gather and analyze information and data for proposal writing, formulate and test hypotheses
- Enable BAN-DRCE reaches its efficiency potential by assisting and coordinating consultancy and research projects
- Make BAN-DRCE automated and digitalized by producing and updating its field team, national and international consultants pool, automate its project management
