Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s granite and ceramic products.
- Identify and communicate with potential customers.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
- Prepare and follow up on sales orders and inquiries.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide accurate information about product prices, quality, and availability.
- Support customer service and handle customer questions professionally.
- Collect market and competitor information and report to the supervisor.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
