Position 1: Junior Accountant
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (preferably in courier, logistics, or service industry).
- Basic understanding of accounting software (Peachtree).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Key skills:

Position 2: Sales Representative
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight, transport, or enterprise software.
- Strong networking skills and a robust understanding of how to approach corporate accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Position 3: Management Principal Consultant
Qualification:
- Master’s degree strongly preferred (Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or MBA).
- Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Management Consulting, with a significant portion in a senior or principal role.
- Deep expertise in organizational design models, change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Kotter), strategic planning, and various OD interventions (e.g., Appreciative Inquiry).
- Exceptional consulting, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with proven ability to influence and advise C-suite and executive-level stakeholders.
- Superior analytical and diagnostic skills; ability to interpret complex organizational data, identify patterns, and translate findings into strategic, actionable interventions.

Position 4: Senior Operational Planning Officer
Education
- Master’s Degree /BA degree in Strategic Management, Management, Economics, Project Management, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in planning roles only (operational Specifically in private Companies).
- Proven experience in preparing and consolidating operational plans in complex organizations.

Position 5: Performance Evaluation Principal Officer
Education
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance Strategic Management, Project Management, or related fields. (Bachelor’s Degree with extensive relevant experience may be considered)
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in performance management, monitoring & evaluation, strategic planning, or corporate performance evaluation.
- Proven experience in developing KPIs, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
- Experience working with senior management and boards is an advantage.
