The Inventory Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory transactions, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring efficient inventory control systems. The role ensures that stock levels are maintained appropriately to support company operations while minimizing losses and discrepancies.

Qualification and Experience:

Qualification:

bachelor of degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering or related fields

Experience:

minimum of 1 years of experience and above.

ICT support officer is responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining ICT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure within the organization. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end user and maintaining IT equipment and systems security.

Key responsibilities

Provide first line and second line technical support to staff (on site and remote)
Install, configure and maintain desktops laptops, printers and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues
Setup and manage user accounts, email accounts and access permissions.
Train staff on basic IT usage and security best practice
