United System Integrators (USi) was founded in 1999 by current CEO Michael Shebelle primarily as a systems maintenance and support organization providing unparalleled services to its clients. Within a short time, USi grew steadily to expand its operations to systems delivery and integration as well as providing implementation of end-to-end enterprise solutions and business applications in response to the growing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and professional services needs in Ethiopia.

Position: Junior Sales Representative

Qualification:

  • A degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or a closely related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Sales & Marketing within the Information Technology sector, preferably with a background in a technology-focused company.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated professionalism with a solid work ethic.
  • Ability to build, nurture, and sustain strong client and business relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency in customer service management and relationship-building.
  • Quick adaptability to changing business needs and environments.
  • Well-organized, with excellent time management skills.
