It commenced operation with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It comprises a limited number of 373 shareholders.

Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service officer or Bank Trainee
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
Place of Work: Addis Ababa Branches, Butajira Branch, Hawassa Branches, Jigjiga Branch and Wolkite Branch
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer I
Qualification: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
Place of Work: Jigjiga Branch
Position 3: Network Engineer
Qualification: BSC degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Network Engineer
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 4: Senior Network Engineer
Qualification: BSC degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as Network Engineer
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
Place of Work: Head Office
