It commenced operation with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It comprises a limited number of 373 shareholders.

Tsehay Bank job Vacancy Announcement No. 07/2024:

Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer

Qualification:

  • A minimum of BA/BSc Degree holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration or other related field of discipline

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee

Place of Work: Mekelle

Position 2: Customer Service Officer

Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of studies

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as Junior Customer Service Officer

Place of work: Mekelle

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer I

Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of studies

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, out of which at least 2 years’ service AS Customer Service Officer

Place of Work: Mekelle

Position 3: Branch Manager I

Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of studies

Experience: Minimum of 7 years relevant experience, out of which at least 2 years’ service at a Supervisory Level

Place of work: Mekelle, Kombolcha

Position 4: Branch Manager I-IFB Full-Fledged Branch

Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service at a supervisory level in IFB Branch Management

Place of Work: Fajr Amana Branch (Furi Area)
