Our company: TrueMark Online Accreditation & Licensing Service would like to recruit competent, qualified, experienced, and skilled Admin Assistant person in head office.

Position: Admin Assistant/ Receptionist (Female Candidate only)

Qualifications:

– BA Degree in Office Management, or Marketing, or Sales from a recognized Institution

– Diploma in Customer Service from Ethiopian Aviation Academy

– A minimum of 3 (Three) years Admin Assistant Role Experience is Mandatory in Hotels, Real Estate, and other Hospitality Industry.

Role Overview: Admin Assistant and Customer Service: This role is a supportive role in an office. You are responsible for managing and distributing information among their co-workers, answering phones, and doing other administrative work.

Roles & Responsibilities:  Administrative assistants perform a variety of tasks to support office operations and other professionals:

– Greet visitors and manage phone calls

– Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, memos, letters, and faxes

– Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

– Maintain filing systems, contact databases, and employee lists

– Order office and stationary supplies

– Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes

– Manage databases and update information in spreadsheets

– Help plan events
