Positron 1: Sales Officer
Required for Sales Officers:
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Good time management and organizational skills
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Data Science Officer
Required Education: – Bachelor’s Degree on Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.
Experience: – 0 to 2 years
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistical tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and at least one data analysis tool (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to generate accurate and detailed reports.
- Good understanding of database systems and data management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or similar).
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred Skills (Advantage)
- Experience with React, Next.js, or modern web frameworks.
- Knowledge of server management or cloud platforms.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Previous experience in a corporate or multi-department environment.

Other requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree/Sage, ERP systems)
- Excel skills and good command of English and Amharic (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of financial statement preparation, general ledger management, and complex reconciliations.
- Familiarity with inventory management and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems integration for financial control.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
