TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia S.C. would like to invite young University graduates in its Management Trainees program. The objective of the program is to give on the job experience to talented young graduates and support them to be competitive in this challenging business environment.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Management Trainees in our various departments. The successful candidates will be attached to the Human Resources, Commercial or Operations Departments. The program is for one year.
Position: Management Trainees
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree with Credit in:
- Business Administration/Accountancy/Finance.
- Human Resources Management or Public Administration
- Engineering – Civil, Mechanical
The main role of a Management Trainee is to gain experience in all aspects of their selected career.
Experience skills required:
- Must have a good command of English
- Ability to anticipate and react quickly
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Good organizational and communication skills
