Top Beverage Industries & Trading (TBIT) invites qualified, experienced, and highly motivated professionals to apply for the following positions.
Position 1: Graphic Designer
Education/Qualification:
– Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience:
– At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Key Competencies:
– Graphic design software proficiency, creativity, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Position 2: Market Research & Performance Officer
Education/Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
– At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Key Competencies:
– Market research, data collection and analysis, performance monitoring, report preparation, and analytical thinking.
Position 3: Digital Marketing & Content Officer
Education/Qualification:
– Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
– At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Key Competencies:
– Social media management, content creation, digital communication, and basic photo and video editing.
Position 4: Trade Marketing Officer
Education/Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
– At least 3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing or field marketing.
Key Competencies:
– Retail merchandising, promotion coordination, field execution, reporting, and willingness to conduct regular field visits.
Position 5: Brand Manager
Education/Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
– At least 4 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Key Competencies:
– Brand strategy, market analysis, project coordination, and brand performance management.
Position 6: Senior Graphic & Packaging Designer
Education/Qualification:
– Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Packaging design experience is preferred.
Key Competencies:
– Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, packaging artwork development, and print preparation.
Position 7: Head of Branding
Education/Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience:
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- FMCG or beverage industry experience is preferred.
Key Competencies:
– Leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, communication, campaign management, and market analysis.
Location: TBIT Offices
Salary and Benefits: As per the TBIT salary scale and benefits policy.
