You will be working the night shift at the Stores across our various construction site locations. You will be responsible for ensuring that accurate and timely data is entered into the appropriate modules of the ERP system.
Position: Junior Communications Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field or relevant experience in prior roles
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English (Amharic proficiency is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of branding and corporate positioning.
- Experience managing digital platforms and content calendars
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
- Provide communication support for major announcements, project launches, and corporate initiatives.
Content Development & Storytelling
- Produce high-quality written content including press releases, case studies, website copy, company profiles, proposals, newsletters, and reports.
- Communicate project milestones and impact stories.
Digital & Media Management
- Manage Tibeb Design and Build’s digital presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, website, and other relevant platforms).
- Monitor analytics and optimize content performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with media and industry stakeholders.
Business Development Support
- Prepare communication materials for client pitches, tender submissions, and presentations.
- Support branding and visibility during exhibitions, corporate events, and industry forums.
