Position: Junior Accountant
Job Requirement
Required Education: Accounting/Accounting and Finance
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 0 years of work experience or Diploma and 2 years of work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
Paying petty cash approved by the Finance Department
Submitting necessary documents to the Finance Department to cover the remaining 25% of the amount allocated for petty cash
Issuing checks prepared for payment by the relevant person in charge of the payment
Verifying the accuracy of any collection account prepared by check or cash and cutting a receipt for the receipt of money from the customers, depositing the collected money in the bank and issuing a deposit slip to the General Accountant
Collecting monthly statements and advice from the banks used by the organization every month, bringing check stubs
