Internship opportunity for fresh graduates with zero-year experience with a high possibility of employment.
We are searching for a committed intern to join our team. The Junior Sales Officer intern will complete allocated tasks provided by the supervisor or manager. As an intern, you should be able to take instruction but also work unsupervised when required.
Position 1: Junior Sales Officer – Internship
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel along with Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service English grammar, verbal and writing skills, Resourceful, results-oriented, and well-organized, comfortable performing multi-faceted tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently or in a group setting
- Good time management skills.
Minimum Year of Experience: 0 Year
Responsibilities:
- Handles inquiries received and makes sure that customer has got the best of their choice out of the available product.
- Prepare a proforma invoice as per the customer’s desire after it is checked and signed by the authorized person with a sealed envelope.
- Assume responsibility for initiating and following up on the demands received and offers issued to customers.
- Makes proper follow-up on Performa issued and customer orders. Remind the sales head periodically before the maturity of the promised date.
- Prepare necessary sales documents and properly hand over the documents to the concerned parties after they are checked and signed by the authorized person.
- Assume responsibility that all products sold are delivered and assembled to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Assumes responsibility for the proper display of the showroom items, all codes are labeled on the displayed items, the showroom is clean and attractive and ensure that each sample item is available in the stock displayed in the showroom.
- Assume responsibility to fill the gap by his/her initiative so that the team performance is accomplished for the better achievement of the sales team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports about the outcomes of his/her above activities performed to the sales head including receivables and report any delay.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships Communicate with clients in an office manner.
- Perform other relevant duties assigned by superiors.

Position 2: Junior Digital Marketer – Internship
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, preferably with a focus on digital marketing, Openness to learning and a strong desire to develop a social media career, a Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and interpersonal skills,
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for social media and eagerness to learn and grow in the field
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that increase engagement, followers, and overall brand awareness,
- Create and curate compelling content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, etc.) that resonates with target audiences,
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Provide guidance and learning opportunities for other members of the social media team.

Position 3: Interior Designer – Internship
Requirements:
- BS degree in Architecture
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills and rendering qualities
- Strong eye for detail and creativity
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with current design and rendering software, (Sketchup and Revit, 3Ds max, Blender, etc…)
- Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic
Responsibilities:
- Space Planning:Â Understand the client’s needs, and create space plans that optimize the use of the space. Involve creating floor plans, furniture layouts and traffic flow diagrams.
- Design Development:Â Develop a design concept that reflects the client’s style and preferences.
- Create mood boards, color palettes and material samples to help the client visualize the finished space.
- Product Selection:Â Select furniture, fixtures, finishes and accessories that meet the client’s needs and budget.
- Communication:Â Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders throughout the project. Keep clients informed of progress and address any concerns that may arise.
- Staying Current on Trends:Â Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in design, materials and technology. Use their knowledge to create spaces that are both stylish and functional.
