Swiss Church Aid (HEKS/EPER) Ethiopia is seeking to recruit one Intern (Administration & Coordination Support) for its Country Office in Addis Ababa.
Position: Intern (Administration & Coordination Support)
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to three years of relevant work experience,
- Female candidates highly encouraged to apply,
- Demonstrated interest in administration, coordination, or communications,
- Strong organizational and time-management skills,
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic,
- Knowledge of other languages is an asset,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- Knowledge CANVA and Open Source Tools such as Designer, Publisher Adobe Photoshop is an asset, Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team,
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn,

Remuneration and Benefits
Remuneration and benefits will be provided in accordance with the Internship Regulations of Ethiopia.

Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension to Administrative Assistant, subject to performance and budget availability)
