Position 1: Operations Officer
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or a related role.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with operational software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Professional appearance and demeano
- Well-groomed and professionally presente
- English and/or French is advantage
- Leadership experience and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Office Administrator
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Well-groomed and professionally presented
- English and/or French is advantage
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
