St.paul Institute For Reproductive Health and Rights Vacancy

St. Paul Institute for Reproductive Health and Rights (SPIRHR) is a locally registered non-for-profit organization (NGO) established on September 10, 2019. Since its establishment, SPIRHR has worked to strengthen sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) through improvements in clinical services, training, research, and advocacy.

The organization has supported the implementation of major program activities jointly planned with the Ob/GYN faculty of Saint Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College (SPHMMC) while taking a leading role in the administration and coordination of reproductive health infrastructure development.

As part of its ongoing efforts to expand access to quality SRH information and services, SPIRHR is implementing a call center–based initiative designed to provide confidential counseling, information, and referral support on a broad range of sexual and reproductive health issues.

Position: Sexual and Reproductive Health Call Center Agent/ SRH Call Center Agent

Required qualifications:

Candidates will be outstanding individuals with excellent professional and academic credentials. Who show particular interest are applied for this position.

  • First degree in health and health related fields (Medical doctor, health officer, nurse midwifes etc.)
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duration of employment: Short-term assignment for one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs.

Payment: Competitive, commensurate with experience and responsibilities

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, SPHMMC
