Spring of Knowledge academy is established in the year 2006 by six visionary mothers who were dedicated to serve their community. The school is striving to deliver sustainable quality education to get those well-behaved, ethical, energetic and qualified professionals who love their country. SKA has currently three branches, Kindergarten to Grade 12 serving more than 3500children and young adults.
Position 1: Teachers
Qualified Teachers for Secondary, Primary school and kindergarten
- For high school (BED, BA+ PGDT in Chemistry ,Physics , English, Mathematics, History, Economics , Civics, Agriculture, Biology, Geography ,Diploma Or Degree in Afan Oromo) 5 Years and above and 1 years and above in for Affan Oromo
- For the Primary school (BED, BA+ PGDT in English, Mathematics, PVA, Civics, Amharic ,Diploma Or Degree in Afan Oromo BA/Diploma in Civics studies and related fields ) 3 Years and above and 1 years and above in for Affan Oromo
- For KG Assistant Teacher and Child Care ( BA/Diploma any fields ) 0 and above
- Moral and Life skill Teachers BA/Diploma in Civics studies and related fields 0 and above
- Learner Support officer BA in behavioral studies and related social science fields 0 and above
- Special Need Teachers BA in Special Need 0 and above
Position 2: Officers
Highly qualified officers
- Assessment and Examination Officer (MED/MA, BED/BA degree in Educational planning and Management, Educational Leadership, Pedagogical Science, Educational Psychology ) 2 years for MA, 4 experiences for Degree
- Senior and Junior Accountant (BA in Accounting and Finance ) 5 years for senior and 1 year for junior above
- HR Assistant and Admin Assistant(BA /Diploma in Management and related fields ) 1 year and above
- General Assistant (BA/Diploma any fields ) 0 year and above.
