Position 1: Receptionist
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a receptionist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional, friendly, and well-presented personality.
- Healthcare or dental experience is an advantage.
- Strong digital proficiency and computer skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools.
- Ability to use digital systems for appointment scheduling, patient records, communication, and other administrative tasks.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 2: Marketing Officer
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Excellent communication and content-creation skills.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools.
- Healthcare or dental experience is an advantage.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 3: Customer Service Manager
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer service management.
- Proven experience managing and developing a customer service team.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Good computer and reporting skills.
- Healthcare or dental experience is an advantage
